On-demand rides
The on-demand taxi service operates throughout River City and the surrounding area, including Downtown Springfield and the Suburb area. The service departs from your location and takes you directly to your destination.
You can change to line 1 or line 2 at any of the stops served by these lines.
The on-demand taxi service offers a flexible loop between any departure point and any destination in the areas served. You can request a taxi using the Valley Transit application.
The service is operated by low-capacity vehicles. Depending on the vehicles and drivers available, you can request a limousine service. If none is available, a regular taxi will be sent to your location.
Remember to book in advance if you are planning a group trip, so that we can send a larger vehicle with the appropriate capacity.
